Ambassador sponsorships last for 12 months. You are encouraged to reapply after the 12 months have passed to continue with the program.

It is very easy to apply to the personal trainer discount program. Simply visit the Personal Trainers page and fill out your details in the application form. You are required to provide 3 types of industry verification to prove that you work in the fitness industry. If your application is successful, you will be notified via email.

Personal Trainer accounts are valid until you no longer reach the minimum yearly spend. If you wish to cancel your personal trainer account, please contact us.

The application process is very straightforward. Once approved, you can immediately start placing orders in-store, online, or over the phone. The standard turnaround time is 5 business days.

In-store ordering is simple. Browse the store and select the products you would like. Once at the counter, tell the staff member you have an Industry Account and tell them your Business Name. They will look up your account, and your discounts will be automatically applied. You can pay with either cash or a card in-store.

Ordering over the phone is very simple. Call us on 1300 837 785 and let our customer service team know your business name. They will look up your account, and then you can place the order and pay over the phone. Your discounts will be automatically applied, and we can check current stock levels. You can then pay by credit card instantly.

Online Website Ordering for Ambassadors, Personal Trainers & Wholesalers will be Coming Soon! You can also email sales@nutritionwarehouse.com.au to submit your order, don’t forget to mention your Name, Business Name and any other information pertaining to your discount so we can process it as soon as possible.

We use up to 3 different courier companies for shipping orders. Our warehouse team will select the fastest option available in your area. Since most orders in our industry program will be very large, the only option is road freight. Road freight can take up to 5 working days to arrive. If your order is small and you are local to our QLD warehouse, then you could receive your order in as little as 1 working day!

Mistakes can happen! This includes mistakes that you might make like ordering the wrong size or flavour. We are always here to help no matter what! If your order is incorrect for whatever reason, please contact us asap so we can fix it up for you.
